Sessions are available via phone or video, offering flexible access to support that fits your life. Face-to-face and walk-and-talk sessions are available by request.
To support meaningful change, I often recommend beginning with a series of six spaced (1-4 weeks) sessions, allowing time for insight, reflection, and integration between appointments. This creates a strong foundation for sustainable progress rather than short-term relief.
Many clients then transition to fortnightly or monthly sessions to maintain alignment, accountability, and self-leadership over time. Note, I do offer 12 month subscriptions.
Mental health isn’t only for moments of crisis — it’s an ongoing practice of integration, growth, and influence.
Investment: $145 per session.
Each session is time set aside for you, a space to slow down, understand your inner world, and choose how you want to live and lead. Together, we uncover what’s been carrying weight beneath the surface, make sense of it with compassion, and begin translating insight into meaningful change.
The early sessions focus on building trust, clarifying intentions, and creating psychological safety. From there, the work deepens — supporting insight, integration, and growth at a pace that feels steady and supportive rather than rushed.
Mental health and self-leadership are ongoing practices. After an initial block, many clients choose to continue with occasional or regular sessions to maintain clarity, resilience, and alignment — much like a tune-up for the inner world that supports how you live, relate, and lead over time.
Alongside your 1:1 sessions, you’ll get access to session notes and science-backed tools to support your mental health between sessions, building resilience, self-awareness, and momentum.
Brave means staying present in uncertainty and discomfort — asking honest questions, offering honest answers, and choosing self-leadership over avoidance.
Original means owning your way of being and doing — staying flexible in how you respond, open-minded in your thinking, and willing to evolve beyond old patterns.
Creating a relaxed, human space — free from hierarchy and judgement, where curiosity, trust, and a little humour make room for the messy magic of being human.
Staying committed through challenge, grounding inner drive in purpose, consistency, and follow-through.
