InnerWork Cycle™

The framework of all Inner Working sessions. It is a three-stage psychological and leadership process that guides individuals from internal insight, to behavioural integration, to external influence.

“Our behaviours are not who we are, they are parts that learned how to protect us.”

Richard Schwartz, PhD (IFS)

Sessions are available via phone or video, offering flexible access to support that fits your life. Face-to-face and walk-and-talk sessions are available by request.

To support meaningful change, I often recommend beginning with a series of six spaced (1-4 weeks) sessions, allowing time for insight, reflection, and integration between appointments. This creates a strong foundation for sustainable progress rather than short-term relief.

Many clients then transition to fortnightly or monthly sessions to maintain alignment, accountability, and self-leadership over time. Note, I do offer 12 month subscriptions.

Mental health isn’t only for moments of crisis — it’s an ongoing practice of integration, growth, and influence.

Investment: $145 per session.

Integrative therapy with depth and direction

I work with high-functioning, capable individuals, leaders and groups who look steady on the outside but hold complex inner experiences. Many juggle invisible emotional loads, unprocessed trauma, chronic stress, or the pressure to meet others’ expectations while still performing, often excelling, in daily life.

My clients are often navigating:

  • Significant life transitions (eg relationship changes, career shifts, life-stage transitions)
  • Identity changes or loss of direction
  • Persistent overwhelm, overthinking, or emotional fatigue
  • Performance anxiety, high performance, stress and pressure
  • Relationship challenges and boundary difficulties
  • The impacts of past trauma or unresolved experiences
  • Grief and loss
  • Leaders and groups wanting personal growth
  • Individuals who crave a life coach

Who I work with

Using the InnerWorkings Cycle and a parts-informed therapeutic lens, I support clients to:

  • Gain Insight into your internal culture. Develop deep Insight into your values, patterns, emotional responses, and internal “parts”.
  • Integration through practical strategies, emotional regulation tools, and aligned action. Work with the parts of you that lead your decisions.
  • Influence your life with confidence and clarity by strengthening self-leadership, communication, emotional agility and relational skills.

How I help

Each session is time set aside for you, a space to slow down, understand your inner world, and choose how you want to live and lead. Together, we uncover what’s been carrying weight beneath the surface, make sense of it with compassion, and begin translating insight into meaningful change.

The early sessions focus on building trust, clarifying intentions, and creating psychological safety. From there, the work deepens — supporting insight, integration, and growth at a pace that feels steady and supportive rather than rushed.

Mental health and self-leadership are ongoing practices. After an initial block, many clients choose to continue with occasional or regular sessions to maintain clarity, resilience, and alignment — much like a tune-up for the inner world that supports how you live, relate, and lead over time.

I bring my values into the work so I can show up fully — and serve you with integrity.

Values

Brave means staying present in uncertainty and discomfort — asking honest questions, offering honest answers, and choosing self-leadership over avoidance.

Original means owning your way of being and doing — staying flexible in how you respond, open-minded in your thinking, and willing to evolve beyond old patterns.

Creating a relaxed, human space — free from hierarchy and judgement, where curiosity, trust, and a little humour make room for the messy magic of being human.

Staying committed through challenge,  grounding inner drive in purpose, consistency, and follow-through.

Neuroscience research shows that the only way we can change the way we feel is by becoming aware of our inner experience and learning to befriend what is going inside ourselves
