I'm a therapist, counsellor, and advocate for proactive mental wellness.
My fascination with neuroplasticity, human behaviour, and navigating change began as a personal journey into my own patterns — and evolved into a deep professional calling. With a natural bias toward optimism, I’m always drawn to the strengths people carry, even in the midst of struggle. I bring that lens into the room with every client: strength-focused, compassionate, and grounded.
At the heart of my practice is a belief that you are not broken. Your experiences — even the painful ones — are part of your story, but they don’t define your identity. Change is possible and certain.
With a trauma-informed approach and a genuine, respectful curiosity, I offer a safe space for you to unpack, process, and integrate what life has handed you. Real change happens when we honour both your past and your potential.

My therapeutic approach integrates a person-centred and strengths-based framework, where every part of you is acknowledged and valued. I incorporate evidence-based modalities including Resource Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness to support high-functioning individuals in aligning their internal experience with their external success.
By working with the distinct parts of self — those that protect, strive, or suppress — as well as those holding unresolved emotion or unmet needs, we create the conditions for clarity, resilience, and meaningful change. Integration of coaching strategies, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and art therapy, allows for both structure and creativity in our sessions.
Additionally, I hold Mental Health First Aid and ASIST certified (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training).
