I’m a therapist, counsellor and mental wellness advocate. My fascination with neuroplasticity, human behaviour, and navigating change started as a deep dive into my own wiring and patterns, quickly growing into my professional passion. I naturally see the glass half full, I am always seeing strengths in people and opportunities in tough situations — a mindset I bring to my work. I live for helping clients uncover their strength and resilience, even when life feels overwhelming.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that you are not broken. Your experiences and traumas may have left a residue, but they do not define who you are. Using a trauma-informed approach and authentic curiosity, I endeavour to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can process, then integrate your experiences — turning them into part of a story you carry with strength, not struggle. I blend therapy and coaching to help you heal, set goals, challenge your edge, and explore who you really are. Real change happens when we honour both your past and your potential.

  • As a coach, I found myself in deep conversations about the past and trauma—and I questioned whether I was keeping my clients truly psychologically safe. That led me to psychotherapy and counseling. Now, I blend both disciplines to help high-achievers honor their past, navigate the present, and unlock their full potential.
  • I’ve attended wellness retreats that unearthed past traumas, only to leave without the support to process or integrate what surfaced. I felt rattled for weeks. That experience reinforced my belief that true well-being isn’t just about insight—it’s about having the right support to navigate what comes up. 
  • Building deep rapport with a client is a privilege—and an opportunity. I believe true support means working with the whole person across their lifespan of experiences. That’s why I blend psychotherapy (past), counselling (present) and coaching (future). Creating space to honor the past, navigate present challenges, and move toward the future with clarity and intention.

I landed here because I’m passionate about mental well-being—not waiting for a crisis, but proactively nurturing our mental health. I believe in the mind’s incredible potential to adapt and thrive.

My Mosaic Journey

My therapeutic approach blends a person-centered foundation — where you are seen, heard, and valued — with evidence-based techniques drawn from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), Mindfulness, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Depending on your needs, I also integrate coaching strategies, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and art therapy, allowing for both structure and creativity in our sessions.
Additionally, I hold Mental Health First Aid and ASIST certified (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training). 

This flexible, tailored approach acknowledges that being human is messy, and no single method works for everyone. Together, we’ll blend practical tools with compassionate exploration, helping you make sense of your experiences and move forward with purpose.
