I’m a registered counsellor, psychotherapist, and coach providing in person (Nelson Bay, NSW) and online therapy and self-leadership support across Australia. My work focuses on anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and helping high-functioning people move from coping to real change.
I'm an integrative therapist, facilitator and advocate for proactive mental wellness.
My work has been shaped by both lived and professional experience and by repeatedly witnessing the same pattern: insight without integration can feel heavy, overwhelming, and sometimes paralysing. Understanding why you are the way you are is important, but on its own, it doesn’t always create relief or change. That observation is what led me to develop the InnerWork Cycle™ — a framework that supports people to move from insight, to integration, and ultimately to influence how their life unfolds.
My fascination with neuroplasticity, human behaviour, and change began as a personal exploration of my own inner world and evolved into a professional calling. I hold a strong strengths-based lens and deep respect for the adaptive parts people develop to cope, survive, and succeed. Even in struggle, I see intelligence, resilience, and intention — parts doing the best they can with what they know. At the heart of my practice is a belief that you are not broken. Your experiences, even the painful ones, are part of your story, but they don’t define your identity.
I offer a psychologically safe space to listen to what each part is holding, integrate what’s been learned, and support you to consciously influence how you live, relate, and lead. When insight is integrated, parts no longer have to work so hard. Change is possible and certain.
Official stuff: PACFA Reg.Certified Practising #31926, ACA #22656 M.A.C.A (Level 2), ICF Registered Coach, Level 2 Resource Therapist, Approved BUPA mental health provider.
My therapeutic approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and parts-informed, grounded in the belief that every part of you has developed for a reason and deserves to be understood rather than pushed aside. I work with the parts that protect, strive, suppress, or carry unresolved emotion and unmet needs, creating the conditions for clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
I integrate evidence-based modalities including Resource Therapy, IFS and mindfulness, alongside creative and embodied approaches such as art-based work. Coaching strategies and NLP principles are woven in where appropriate, providing structure, direction, and support for translating insight into lived change.
I am also trained in Mental Health First Aid and ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training), ensuring psychological safety remains central to all therapeutic work.
