I'm a therapist, counsellor, and advocate for proactive mental wellness. My fascination with neuroplasticity, human behaviour, and navigating change began as a personal journey into my own patterns — and evolved into a deep professional calling. With a natural bias toward optimism, I’m always drawn to the strengths people carry, even in the midst of struggle. I bring that lens into the room with every client: strength-focused, compassionate, and grounded.
At the heart of my practice is a belief that you are not broken. Your experiences — even the painful ones — are part of your story, but they don’t define your identity. With a trauma-informed approach and a genuine, respectful curiosity, I offer a safe space for you to unpack, process, and integrate what life has handed you. My goal is to help you move from coping to clarity — turning insight into action.
I blend evidence-based therapy with elements of coaching to help you heal, stretch your edges, and align with who you truly are. Whether you’re navigating stress, success, stuckness, or self-discovery, I’ll walk alongside you — not just to help you feel better, but to help you live more fully. Real change happens when we honour both your past and your potential.

My therapeutic approach blends a person-centered foundation — where you are seen, heard, and valued — with evidence-based techniques drawn from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), Mindfulness, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Depending on your needs, I also integrate coaching strategies, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and art therapy, allowing for both structure and creativity in our sessions.
Additionally, I hold Mental Health First Aid and ASIST certified (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training).
This flexible, tailored approach acknowledges that being human is messy, and no single method works for everyone. Together, we’ll blend practical tools with compassionate exploration, helping you make sense of your experiences and move forward with purpose.
