I'm a therapist, counsellor, and advocate for proactive mental wellness.
My fascination with neuroplasticity, human behaviour, and navigating change began as a personal journey into my own patterns and evolved into a deep professional calling. With a natural bias toward optimism, I’m always drawn to the strengths people carry, even in the midst of struggle. I bring that lens into the room with every client: strength-focused, compassionate, and grounded.
At the heart of my practice is a belief that you are not broken. Your experiences, even the painful ones, are part of your story, but they don’t define your identity. Change is possible and certain.
With a trauma-informed approach and a genuine, respectful curiosity, I offer a safe space for you to unpack, process, and integrate what life has handed you. Real change happens when we honour both your past and your potential.

My therapeutic approach integrates a person-centred and strengths-based framework, where every part of you is acknowledged and valued. I incorporate evidence-based modalities including Resource Therapy, CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness with a sprinkle of art therapy to support high-functioning individuals in aligning their internal experience with their external success.
By working with the distinct parts of self , those that protect, strive, or suppress, as well as those holding unresolved emotion or unmet needs, we create the conditions for clarity, resilience, and meaningful change. Integration of coaching strategies, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and art therapy, allows for both structure and creativity in our sessions.
Additionally, I hold Mental Health First Aid and ASIST certified (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training).
